Catering Options

Primi Piati Cheese  & Meat Platter
Four  flavorful cheeses that we select from our freshest mild-to-medium varieties, including Brie, Comte, Cheddar, and Gouda.
We also include four of our sliced meats.  Choices include Prosciutto, Cracked Pepper Turkey Breast, and two locally produced Salumi salamis.
Serving size1/4lb per person. ~ $4.00.

The Bella Cosa Cheese  & Meat Platter
We include 5 - 7 different artisan cheeses,  such as Istara,  Humbolt Fog, Manchego, Oregonzola, and Pecorino, as well as the selection from the “Primi” platter.
This platter includes all four meats from the Primi platter, plus Salumi’s savory Lomo.
Serving size1/4lb per person. ~ $5.00.

Select Cheese Platter
We will assemble cheeses of your choice, starting at $4.00 per person, based on selection.

Italian Artisan Platter
An assortment we select from our favorite Italian cheeses, including Gorgonzola Dolce, fresh Mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Pecorino, aged Provolone or Toma.
It also includes our imported, thin-sliced Prosciutto di Parma and two selections of Salumi cured meats.  Olives, roasted tomatoes, anchovies, and roasted peppers round out the nibbling choices. 
Price per person starting at $5.50.

Dessert Platter
In addition to our savory trays we also offer a variety of Italian Desserts that can be ordered for your party or event.  Dessert options include:

• Italian Cookies
• Cannoli - Traditional or Chocolate Dipped
• Whole Cheese Cake, Fruit Tarts or Tiramisu
