Ahhh.
We’re proud of our many offerings at Bella Cosa Foods, but the cheeses are one of the standouts.

We cut off the wheel without pre-slicing. We let our cheeses breathe appropriately and handle them without contamination. And, most important, we select the very best varieties from around the world, and the best values available.

Great cheese depends on high-quality milk, and we’ve met the individual farmers responsible for many of our terrific finds: they know their cows. In fact, through them we can often trace a particular wheel back not just to a specific cow, but to whether she was milked in the morning or the afternoon. We’re not kidding, and ti does matter: some of our seasonal cheeses are available only when the grass is in its perfect month.

All of our cheeses are chosen for their flavor, character, and degree of perfection. If we carry it, it’s ready for you to enjoy.
